The mentorship program focuses on growing the next generation of leaders within our industry and will connect employees to share their knowledge and expertise in their field.

Mentees can find a mentor that will offer career advice, design & discuss goals, enrich employee skills, and offer a deeper understanding of the fashion & retail industry’s business practices.
